Head of the Government Office for Kosovo in Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin has said that there will be no dissolution of parallel structures of justice and police in the north, till there are no prerequisites for this, Serbian media report. He said that the main preconditions is the law on amnesty.Vulin thus reacted to the declaration of Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri gave to Radio Free Europe, which stated that in September will die Serbian parallel structures in northern Kosovo.
Vulin said before stop functioning Serbian structures, to establish a new network of judicial and police new.
"To achieve this, it must be approved the amnesty law, according to which Kosovo Serbs would not be arrested and imprisoned because they are on the side of their country and know the laws and its organs. Amnesty law is a prerequisite for all ", he said, reports Rel.
Kosovo and Serbia have reached agreement in April to normalize relations.
Now, teams of application of the two sides are discussing its implementation in Brussels, and in this context are expected to solve the problem of northern Kosovo in Prishtina which has not extended its authority.
